RED DINING BOOK was founded by the young couple Debbie and Carlo. Although they both come from Switzerland, they have been traveling the world together for several years and constantly looking for restaurants providing a great experience.

Their personal taste of excellent food, beautiful ambience and great experience, have led them to create the first version of the RED DINING BOOK in Los Angeles.
