Shipping and Return Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If the Books are in stock, your order will typically ship out within 2-4 business days after your order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. Shipments and deliveries within California generally take 2-4 business days.

Please note that all shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Once your package has left the warehouse, RED DINING BOOK LLC is not responsible for any delay due to weather or mail carrier issues. Timeframes may vary based on order volume and location. If your order contains a pre-ordered Book, your order will ship once the Book is back in stock.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including  a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available (check your spam folder if you have not received this email).

If you haven’t received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@reddiningbook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Carriers do not always scan packages initially when they're collected from the warehouse but usually scan them once they arrive at the first distribution center. Occasionally, shipments may reappear in transit, be out for delivery, or even be delivered unexpectedly.

We are unable to file a “lost in transit” claim until a certain number of days have passed without updates on the tracking information—20 days for domestic orders. Thankfully, packages often reappear before this time expires, allowing us to resolve these issues sooner.  

If you have not received your order and it was marked “Delivered”, please make sure to reach out within 14 days of the scanned delivery date.  If you reach out after 14 days, we cannot file a claim and your order will not be eligible for reimbursement or re-shipment.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In general, all Book sales are final, and returns are not accepted, nor are refunds provided. However, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the Book is unused, in its original condition, and in its original foil packaging. In this case, we will refund the full order amount, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us at info@reddiningbook.com if you need to make a return. Please note that exchanges are not accepted.

If you have received a damaged Book, please email us immediately at info@reddiningbook.com with your order number and a photo showing the item’s condition. We handle these cases individually but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Please note that it typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse and be processed for a refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, RED DINING BOOK LLC will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
